Is the first conversation free?
Yes. An initial discovery conversation of approximately 20–30 minutes is available without charge or obligation. Technical investigation and paid work begin after the engagement is agreed.
What does a “from” price mean?
Environment size, existing infrastructure, applications and complexity affect the work. We confirm scope and final pricing before proceeding. Defined projects can be delivered at a fixed price where the scope is clear.
Are licences, VAT and on-site work included?
Published prices exclude VAT where applicable. Microsoft and third-party licences are separate unless specifically included in the quotation. On-site requirements are discussed separately and are not included in retained consulting unless explicitly stated.
Can you work alongside our IT team or provider?
Yes. We can contribute a specific Microsoft capability, an independent assessment, project delivery or technical escalation while your existing team or provider continues managing everyday operations.
What happens to unused retained hours?
Unused hours and any rollover are defined in the individual service agreement. We agree responsibilities and capacity before the arrangement begins.
Is this an unlimited helpdesk or 24/7 support service?
Our focus is specialist Microsoft consulting, administration, engineering and escalation. Priority help for high-impact incidents may be available, subject to availability. A guaranteed 24/7 service requires a separate support agreement.
Can you troubleshoot a single technical issue?
Yes. Remote specialist consulting is available at the published hourly rate with a two-hour minimum. Half-day and full-day sessions are also available.
Can you implement assessment recommendations?
Yes. Remediation can be scoped as a separate project, or your own IT team can use the recommendations and roadmap.
Can the work be delivered remotely?
Most Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Exchange and automation work can be delivered remotely. We can work across Europe and internationally where contractual, regulatory and practical requirements allow.
Will you need administrator access?
Some engagements require administrative access. We agree what is needed before technical work begins and use the principle of least privilege, with temporary or appropriately scoped accounts where possible.
Can you help with licensing or migrate us to Intune?
We can review technical licensing requirements; procurement is separate unless agreed. Intune work can cover planning, configuration, pilots and migration, with scope based on device count, applications and existing infrastructure.
